Refund policy

Only unpainted/unused paint kits will be accepted for returns within 30 days of when the package was delivered to you. Your package will be inspected upon receiving to make sure that each kit is unpainted and complete. Once the inspection is completed, the refund will be issued to your credit card/PayPal account.

Custom paint by numbers kits are made to order, we do not accept return on these products. If you're not happy with the way your painting turn out, please contact us and we'll see how we can make things right!
