Victor Ceban

Victor Ceban was born in 1961 in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova and has been teaching fine arts for years. Since 2011, he has devoted himself entirely to artistic creation and is a member of the Romanian Artists Union.

His works of art can be seen in private collections from Republic of Moldova, Italy, Romania, Poland, Germany, Canada and USA.
